A BILL to repeal §16-5V-22 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to the Emergency Medical Services Retirement System, prior disability.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

ARTICLE 5V.  EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES RETIREMENT SYSTEM ACT.

§1. Repeal of section relating to prior disability.

    Section twenty-two, article five-v, chapter sixteen of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, is hereby repealed.
